FAQ's-

What are you beads made of? I prefer to use silicone beads- they have a nice soft touch to them, and they are durable and easy to clean (a little warm soapy water, and rinse- airy dry) All focal beads are silicone.

Are your products safe for children? Please keep out of reach of small children as they can be a choking hazard. Our tags have small beads on them and although we use nylon cording for our bag tags and keychains, our car tags are made with stretchy elastic cord which are not meant to play with.

Do you make custom orders? Yes! We need a minimum of 3-4 weeks for custom order requests as we may need to source certain beads if they are not in stock at the time of ordering. 

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, on orders of $100 or more. Please note that once your order leaves us, we are not responsible for any delayed time it may take to reach you. We provide tracking so you can follow your packages journey. 

Do you offer returns? No, all sales are final unless there is a serious defect in the product, which is unlikely as we inspect and are hands on with every order.
